Kristyne Seidenberg
Kristyne Seidenberg has practiced law in Georgia for over 20 years, graduating from Emory University School of Law. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Certified as both a Mediator/Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist and a Teacher in Georgia, Kristy has served her community as an attorney, mediator, counselor, educator, and Guardian Ad Litem.
Kristy’s extensive experience spans family law, fiduciary law, complex litigation, education law, and estate planning. Her background in counseling and education continuously informs her compassionate approach to her practice, allowing her to connect meaningfully with clients.
Kristy has managed cases involving family law disputes, domestic violence, educational due process, disability law in education, civil rights, regulatory compliance, Title IX and Title VII issues, property rights, elder abuse, guardianship, estate management, and more. Her work has also included serving on a legislative task force and regularly presenting at seminars, training sessions, and community events.
Outside of her legal career, Kristy enjoys spending time on the farm with her husband, two young adult children, horses, pets, and a vibrant garden. She treasures time with family, friends, and her community.
Kristy actively practices in superior, state, probate, magistrate, juvenile and administrative courts throughout the entirety of the State of Georgia.
